After working in the Medical field specializing in hospice care, Britney decided to make a dramatic life change by moving to Atlanta from Athens, Georgia in the fall of 2010. While looking for a more creative path with a strong focus in helping others, a fellow Vis-A-Vis employee recommended Britney to apply for their open Experience Coordinator position. She joined our team in January of 2011; quickly progressing in her position with her superior customer service, attention to detail and ability to connect with the staff & our guests. In the summer of 2015, Britney was promoted to Director of Operations after working as Assistant Director for 2 years. She loves being able to bring a smile to the faces of guests and staff members alike as she believes that cultivating a positive work environment thus creates a positive experience for each guest.
